All PRE-ORDERS and SALE + DISCOUNTED items are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Any item(s) that are worn, damaged, altered (by you or any third party on your behalf), stained, laundered, dry cleaned, or carry a scent (from perfumes, antiperspirant, deodorants, etc.) or deemed not in a re-sellable condition by the customer service team, are not eligible for a return and will not be accepted. Yes, we can do customizations and alterations. We can add trims, belts, and make alterations for a better fit. We recommend fittings to be done in store, but if needed before shipping out, please call (416) 656-1022 and we will discuss your options and costs. Please note: once an item has been changed, it is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.
Our prices are a reflection of the manufacturer cost price, and it will vary depending on the vendor and designer brand. In some cases, the bigger the size, the higher the price.
1. VISIT THE STORE: Come see us at the store to discuss your design ideas and take the measurements to start the production right away. Bring some photos of inspiration if you have them.
2. DO A FITTING: Next, it’s time to do a fitting. We want to see how the dress or suit feels on the body, and then make any adjustments left before the delivery date.
3. PICK UP: Your design is ready! Come pick it up at the store, and have fun wearing it! Don’t forget to tag us @CarmensDesignsOfficial on your photos!
We usually ask for 4 weeks to finish a custom-made design. However, if you are in a rush come to the store anyway, we can perform a miracle :)

We have a selection of custom-made designs in-store that you can see in person and your child can give it a try to find out his or her preferences.

Based on our 20+ years of experience, our designs are made in a way that allow a little bit of room. When it's time for the fitting we can adjust anything needed. Don't worry, we ensure you will never go home with something too small.
