Keeping the elegance of a tutu with the tulle, it emphasizes the bodice with delicate scallop sleeves, and intricate lace overlay. Under the tulle has a special detailing unique to Teterwarm’s dresses, which is an underlayer of embroidered lace peeking through the bottom of the skirt.
